"I was almost 2 stone overweight, felt awful, slept poorly and woke up with back pain every morning having spent a decade eating, drinking and doing long haul flights 8 times a year. I was 43. I won't lie, it hurt a LOT to start, getting my body to do even simple exercises was an effort. I thought the 'fundamentals' sessions were hard core in week 1 and doing 5kg wall balls was sheer hell. But with constant encouragement, an atmosphere where just pushing yourself is enough, whether you do 1 assisted pull-up or knock out 10 kipping, no one judges you as long as you come with the right attitude and commitment. 
I turned 44 in Feb and today I did my first bar muscle up, something I thought I would NEVER achieve. What if I fail to attend my Private session?
If you have booked in one of your private sessions with a coach to do your Fundamentals, you must give 24 hours notice if unable to make it or the session will be lost.

What is the first step once I join?
Once you join you will be required to meet up with your Private coach who will take you through your first 45 minute intro session. This will teach you the basics of CrossFit so that you can be safe in your workouts. It will take place at a day/time that is convenient for you. After completing this session, you can start your 21 days! During this 21 day period your private coach will then book in your second 45 minute intro session to develop your skills further and allows you to feedback anything you like, any concerns, technical difficulties, troubles you may have had in classes, etc.  You will also have complete access to your private coach through email and personal mobile phone during this period. We want you to succeed!
 What is your schedule??
Mon-Fri: 5.45am CF, 6am CF, 6.45am QF, 7am CF, 12.10 CF, 1.10pm QF, 5.25pm QF, 5.15pm CF, 6pm CF, 7pm CF
Saturday: 8:00am CF, 9.00am CF, 10am QF, 10.35am CF
Sunday: 10am Yoga

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We send through a number of guides to help you get the most out of your 21 days!
